FM225 Butt Fusion Machine

Base machine with 4 sets of clamp and different sizes inserts. Manual lever and hydraulic transmission device can guarantee fusion pressure precisely.

Heater coated with Teflon which guarantee the high quality fusion. Temperature Controller on the heater can control the temperature precisely. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.

Facer drived by electric motor to mill the pipe ends. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.

Base machine equipped with wheels easy for transportation.

Flange stub holder to clamp the flange stub.
