PE-RTII Piping System by Jilin Songjiang Smart Joint Co., Ltd.

PE-RTII is a high-performance raw material designed for hot (80°C) & cold water pipes, as well as demanding industrial pipe applications. Widely acknowledged in various countries, PE-RTII is utilized in civil hot/cold water supply, spring water, geothermal, winery industry, oil and gas, power plants, industrial fluids, and more.

This raw material revolutionizes district heating piping systems, offering numerous advantages over old steel/iron pipes. HDPE-based PE-RTII surpasses PPH or PP-RCT in low-temperature impact resistance, with -70°C compared to -15°C, ensuring safety even at temperatures as low as 0-10°C, common in winter.
 

Smart Joint PERT( PE for raised temp. up to 80°C)piping system are adpoted in district heating application to replace steel pipe.

PERT II Piping System

The PERT II piping system by Jilin Songjiang Smart Joint Co., Ltd. is designed to handle a variety of chemicals with excellent corrosion resistance. This system can be used for:

• 50-75% sulfuric acid
• 30% hydrochloric acid
• 40% sodium hydroxide solution
• 10% sodium potassium hydroxide
• Calcium sulfate saturated suspension
• Copper chloride saturated suspension

With a corrosion resistance grade of "S" under 60°C, the PERT II piping system ensures durability and reliability in various industrial applications.
