PE-RT II is a high-performance raw material designed for hot (80°C) and cold water pipes, as well as various industrial pipe applications. Widely recognized in different countries, it is suitable for civil hot/cold water supply, spring water, geothermal, winery industry, oil and gas, power plants, industrial fluids, and more.

PE-RT II brings a raw material revolution to district heating piping systems, offering numerous advantages over old steel/iron pipes. HDPE-based PE-RT II outperforms PPH or PP-RCT in terms of low-temperature impact resistance, with a rating of -70°C compared to -15°C. This makes it safer at low temperatures, even in the range of 0-10°C, which is common in winter.

 

PERT II Piping System

Our PERT II piping system, manufactured by Jilin Songjiang Smart Joint Co., Ltd., is designed to handle a variety of chemicals with excellent corrosion resistance. The system can be adopted for the following chemicals:

• 50-75% sulfuric acid
• 30% hydrochloric acid
• 40% sodium hydroxide solution
• 10% sodium potassium hydroxide
• Calcium sulfate saturated suspension
• Copper chloride saturated suspension

With a corrosion resistance grade of "S" under 60°C, our PERT II piping system ensures durability and reliability for various industrial applications.
