Base machine with 4 sets of clamp and different sizes inserts, 2 hydraulic cylinders. It can realize pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting welding easily.
Smart-design, light and easy operation facer drived by hydraulic to mill the pipe ends from pipe inside to outside. There is a facer support device on the base machine.
Heater coated with Teflon which guarantee the high quality fusion. Intelligence Temperature Controller on operation panel can control the temperature precisely. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.
Equipped with crane to lift up the heater.

Operation Panel on the base machine back with clamp moving control, pressure release and facer operation button. Manometer, voltmeter, temperature controller emergency stopper, sockets for facer, heater

Hydraulic Unit are together with the base machine.
