FEATURES
The most popular and reliable welding method for HDPE pipe is Butt fusion welding. Butt fusion welding is thermal jointing. The principle is to heat two pipe ends to designated temperature, and then fuse them together by application of sufficient force. The quality of joints then depends on the quality butt welding machine, proper welding parameters and experience of the welder.
Base machine with 4 sets of clamp and different sizes inserts,2 hydraulic cylinders.It can realize pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting welding easily.
Data logger can record and memory the pressure and time variations during the whole fusion process in the format of digit and diagram, it can help check the status of fusion equipment and the operator can download the data and judge from the date if the fusion joint is qualified according to the standard regulation.
