This is a fabricated 1400mm elbow for China South Water Diversion North Project.
To get a qualified elbow with the same SDR of the pipe, the pipe cut angle should be <=7.5°, if cut angle between7.5°-15°, the derating factor will be 0.8.

For the fabricated tee, there will 0.5 derating, all fabricated tees require further strengthening treatment.
